I had a pretty nice Halloween this year. I went trick or treating around my neighbourhood with Simon and Ivan because they live close and we had alot of fun. We didn't get much candy in the end because I ended up giving all of my candy to the trick or treaters coming to my house. We also chilled for an hour at my house eating the candy we had left and playing some games and playing some songs on the guitar. It was a really nice end to the day. There were alot of people this year. Some were intense trick or treaters getting driven from block to block getting loads and loads of candy in a short amount of time. Some people were really generous, giving a whole bag of chips and a huge candy bar and some people gave us 2 tiny chocolate eggs. Its quite nice if you get the generous ones. I can't wait till next year...

Just today I had a Remembrance Day Parade Practice and it was pretty tough. We had people from different divisons and I actually saw a few people from Churchill. I was really surprised they had cadets with me. The officers from the different divisions were pretty tough on us and they would yell at you for slouching or if you had lint on your uniform or if your shoelace was untied or if your fist wasn't clenched hard enough and etc. You get the point. I got yelled at like 4 times and the officer dude was like super loud. I did learn alot though which is good. I'm scared to go back now.

THE CANUCKS WON AGAINST THE CAPITALSSS!!!! WOOOTTT!!!!!! 7-4 BABY!!! Lapierre was doing really well with 2 goals and Higgins with 2 goals and Edler with 2 goals.  Luongo was doing okay. He made some really good saves. The glove save was really really good. I dunno if it was like luck or just reflexes but the save with his glove was epic.

Next game is at Calgary. Canucks against the Flames. Hope we win it.

Ohhh number 17... It was really really hard. After we understood the question completely and got the formula we actually finished it. The people hosting the workshop were surprised we actually did it. Yea. I'm proud. Chris is really good at math and he's really smart. I'm not sure if we were the only ones that solved it but omggggg i'm sooo freakinn proud. Please don't think of this as a brag. I'm making it as less braggy as possible. but anyways. The question thing made my day.

We actually tried out our play today and we did really well actually. We practiced out plays at the beginning of class and it was freezing. My hands were like super numb and I could barely move my thumb. Hey that rhymed. Anyways we were doing really well and our plan about tricking people actually worked. The other team defended most of our players that were around that same area and Gabe was wide open and I just passed the ball to him. We just got one time to try out our play because we got cut off in the end for lack of time. Gabe missed the pass because the ball was really wet and it kinda slipped but if he caught it we'd win. We got a good strategy goin.

ANYWAYS different topic

Time to talk bout the band. So the band thing's getting more and more realistic. I'm still not quite sure if I should be in the band though. It's take some time and thats what I don't have much of. Another thing is Cynthia invited this girl to the band and shes gonna be vocals and that was something I was hoping for. Also, I don't really like the songs we're playing for the band so yea. Making a band is a really big thing. I need to think through this hard. But for now, I have a SS test and now I'm gonna go study.

A BAND?

Ever since I saw this band when I was on tour in Churchill when I was still Grade 7, I was really inspired to be have a band. I love singing in the shower. Sometimes i make up my own songs and sometimes I just sing some random song stuck in my head. I'm actually pretty good making up songs in the spot. I mean it's not a really good song but it's ok. But anyways some people are making a band, or planning to. They need like a singer, a guitarist, a drummer, and a bassist. I know that Gabe's a good singer and he's pretty good at guitar too. I can play the guitar ok and my singing's ok too. Roy could probably be the drummer. Not sure about the bassist though. It'd be nice if we had a band. I'm still not sure if I'd join though. They'll probably find some better guitar players or some better vocalists. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

FOOTBALLLLL

During PE today we spent the whole period thinking of plays. We needed a quarterback, a center, and four other players to be receivers. Gabriel's actually really good at thinking of plays. Right now most of the plays we have contain luring the defenders. For example, we have like 3 of the receivers including center be around in the same area so the defending team might think the balls gonna be passed there with all the action going on but nope. The other two receivers we have will be going towards the flags as sneaky as they can. Then once most of the defenders get clumped up on the area where most of our receivers are, the quarterback passes the ball to either of the two open receivers. It's a pretty decent play. I'm excited to practice it on Thursday.

HALLOWEEN

ITS A WEEK TILL HALLOWEEENNNNN AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M GONNA BE. I'm not even sure if I'm still gonna dress up as something. Theres still time to get an outfit and all but I really dunno what to be. I'm considering dressing up as a vampire like I have when I was in elementary. I think my vampire cloak from Grade 5 still fits but it's not really scary. What else is there to be for Halloween. I could be some guy filled with zits and pimples. Thats scary but not quite the right kind. If only I was good with makeup. If I was I could basically make my face look destroyed and demented and wear some sliced up clothes. That'd be a pretty nice costume. I hope I think of a costume I can make quick otherwise I don't think I'm dressing up.

ANNUAL INSPECTION

ITS ANNUAL INSPECTION FOR CADETS WHICH IS HORRIBLE. You dunno what Annual Inspection is? Well lemme tell u little children. Annual Inspection is when all the cadets in the whole district come together for an inspection and hear the highest rank officers' speeches and be inspired. It happens every year. Thats why its called Annual Inspection. Why is this bad? Well lemme tell you. You have to stand in military base and do drill for 3 hours. The first hour is just forming up the squad and making yourself presentable to the officers. The second hour? You stand in the military base for 2 hours and hear the officers talk. You have to stand in attention at all times and you're not allowed to move or talk or do any sorts of things except for breathing, watching, and listening. Every year there are some cadets that faint in the middle of the officers' speech. The cadet leaders say that if you feel faint or sick you kneel down on one knee and a leader will help you out and dismiss you from the squad. There were alot of people kneeling down. Alot of them were from our division. There were some people who even fainted. It was hard surviving and toughing out the whole thing but I did it. Now comes the best part of Annual Inspection. FREEEEEE FOOOOOODDDD. You get sandwiches, chips, brownies, cookies, and all the goody goodies you could ever dream of. Now theres only 365 more days till the next annual inspection.

UPDATEDDD MY PHONEE

I just updated my phone to iOS5. I know it's kinda late since like everyone I know already updated theirs. The problem is that all the apps and music and everything got wiped out which was horrible because now I have to spend hours redownloading everything which was really annoying. I'm still redownloading stuff right now. I don't really find iOS5 that much better. Its not much different to be honest. Ok sure, maybe some of the basic apps changed a tiny bit but they still do the same things. Hope I finish transferring my apps soon because I gotta sleep soon...

BOREDD

It's Pro-D Day and it's raining. Thats a pretty bad combination. The rain basically ruined my whole Pro-D. It made me stay home the whole day. I was gonna go out to skateboard or maybe hang out with my friends but the rain pretty much destroyed it both. I could've gone to the mall but no one would drive me and I'm not in the mood to walk in the rain to the mall so basically I just stayed home and watched TV and played some games and that was basically my day. I feel kinda sick right now not really getting fresh air which is bad. Good thing I had cadets in the afternoon otherwise i wouldn't have got out and moved and get some air.

PRO-D

Its another pro-d day and I'm glad its the end of the week. I'm like so tired. I'll be getting much more sleep tomorrow which is nice.

Today we during science we had to make a DNA strand with candy which was pretty nice cuz we got to eat it after. We used marshmallows and licorice. The marshmallows were pretty good but the licorice tasted pretty disgusting.

Alot of people went to Fright Night tonight and I wish I could've gone. I had like French so I couldn't go. It would be nice though if I went. Going on some rides and getting scared. It'd be pretty fun. *sigh* I'm tired so imma go to sleep. bye.

LONSDALEE QUAYYYYY

We went to Lonsdale Quay again and it was basically just like last year like i predicted. Nothing really changed expect for the fact that we did different things this time. I found my partner, Mason, and hes like super tall. He's like a bit taller than me which makes him taller than all the Grade 8s and the Grade 9s. He actually recognizes me. My friend told him to find me or something but yea. He's pretty cool.

There wasnt really anything special that happened today except for the fact that Mason got yelled at today at the end of fieldtrip. Me and Mason were on the bus talking and Mason was talking pretty loud. There was an old lady next to us and she just spazzed out really bad. She was like yelling at Mason and she swore. She was like, " WHY ARE YOU TALKING SO LOUDD. YOUR FRIEND IS RIGHT NEXT TO YOU AND YOU'RE YELLINGG. ****ING CRAZYYY." It was really really scary. I'm not even kidding. Then i dunno why but I saw her like write on her newspaper and I couldn't really read it but she was like writing the words next to a picture of a guy and she wrote like swear words. Omg... I'm gonna have like nightmares tonight.

I had like no idea that Churchill did a lipdub until like 3 or 4 of my friends posted it on Facebook.

WE HAVE A FIELDTRIP TOMORROW AND ITS GONNA BE THE BE THE FIRST FIELDTRIP OF THE WHOLE YEARRR. I'm pretty excited to meet my partner tomorrow. My friend from like cadets told me to find some grade 8 guy named mason in synergy so i did. AND I JUST REMEMBER I FORGOT TO HAND IN MY FIELDTRIP FORM.

THIS RUINED MY DAYY

I just saw the saddest news ever and it really really scarred me. It was like pretty disturbing. It was news about this poor two year old girl in China that was just walking by unsupervised. She didnt notice the van coming by and the van just ran over her. The van driver didn't even care and pretended like nothing happened and just continued the van. The child was on the ground like bleeding and in total there were 18 people who passed by. The 18 people just ignored her like nothing happened and continued on walking trying not to look at her and a truck came by and just rolled over her which was really disturbing. The driver didn't even care. How could those people be like this. So selfish. So uncaring. The 19th person to pass by was a street cleaner lady and she picked up the poor girl to a safer place and cried for help. I have the video below and I really have to say, it's really really disturbing. I cannot express this more. Even though the video is not too clear, you could see exactly what is happening to the girl. I just can't explain how angry and sad I am right now. I wish the best for her and her family. Right now the girl is in a critical condition. Please do not watch the video if you are sensitive. I can guarantee you that you will feel anger and sadness after this video. Be prepared.

SALMON

I just came back from the trip and it was pretty close to last year.

Right at the morning we got dressed, ate, packed our stuff, and left the house. We first went to MacDonalds for lunch and we soon headed for the salmon place. It was pretty much like last year except there was more water which prevented less fish from flopping up to the surface and dying. The only dead fish I saw were the ones in the water where they were upside down and they turned all white. There were alot of salmon and you could see some like jump up which was pretty neat. After the whole thing I had to go to the washroom and they had porta potties set up. I don't usually go in porta potties but this was an emergency. I went it everything was fine until i looked at the toilet. It was like a toilet filled with everything. I was expecting a flusher or something but nope. All the stuff that the people produced were all there stored. It was pretty disgusting. Omg I feel like throwing up now.

Its that kinda time again

Yup, this week and I'm gonna do the same thing i did last year, go back to watch the salmon come back. Last year I saw Jason there and I don't think its gonna happened this time again because he's probably not gonna go. This year my aunts going with us since shes staying here for a week. I have to finish all my homework today because we're probably gonna be late coming back tomorrow since it's actually pretty far. It's most likely gonna be like last year. I know cuz I go there every year. Nothing really changes. Theres gonna be lots of salmon swimming around and some which flopped onto the surface and died. The dead fish eventually turns white.

A GOOODD DAYYYYY =D

I had a pretty good day in general. We actually played football in like sunny weather and it was really awesome and fun. We did some passing and learnt how to start the game and what to do and where to go. It was really fun. This is actually like one of the best P.E. classes I've had even though I was late and I couldnt get my form signed because I didn't have my info written down but otherwise, it was really really good. Then after P.E. I had Strings which wasn't as good. Mr. Hill got alot stricter this class for like no reason. English, we had a test which wasn't so nice. At the end we had Science which turned out awesome. I got like perfect for my test and I was like yelling like OMGGGGG. Yea. It's a good day.

BEAUTIFUL DAYYY

It was like gloomy this morning and then nearing lunch there was like a huge sun out and it was like super sunny. It was almost like summer but it was a bit cold. I really really hope I get this weather tomorrow. I have like football and the last thing I wanna do is get soaked and get my shoes and socks wet and smell for the rest of the day.

I've been like listening to like Simple Plan ever since school started and I'm like looking at their old songs. They have some really nice songs like Welcome to My Life, or like This Song Saved My Life, or the song that made me like start listening to me, Jet Lag. I could like relate to most of their songs.

Thats how its like playing football.

We just started the football unit today and it was like all wet outside. The grass stuck to my shoe and there were puddles everywhere. The ball was slippery and my hands got really dirty. It was a pretty bad PE class. Football really sucks with rainy weather. The balls really hard too so it hurts when you catch the ball. My shoes were all wet after the whole thing and I had to wipe the grass off. I wish we'd continue weightlifting or do different like badminton. I mean I'd even do square dancing instead of football. Hope it doesnt rain on Friday.

COLLAB AND A SCIENCE TESTTT

WE HAVE A COLLAB TOMORROW AND JUST IN PERFECT TIMING. We have like a Science test tomorrow and I could be studying all morning tomorrow. I could have time to put on my contacts which usually takes me like 10 mins-20 mins. My eyes got like really irritated at the end of school and I was literally crying. The feeling was like sand in your eyes but like 2 times worse. I couldnt even open my eyes. If I did, it would like hurt and I'm not allowed to like touch my eyes either cuz my hands were dirty and the contacts could move which would irritate my eyes even more and I'd be blind. Imma be a good good boy and get good marks and go study now. BYEEEEE

THANKSGIVING PARTYYYY

I JUST FINISHED MY THANKSGIVING PARTY TODAYY AND IT WAS FUN. I saw like all my old elementary friends and some people from Churchill and its nice seeing them again. No one really changed that much. We played like some dart tag and we then after some dart tag we played some games like NHL 12 and like COD which was like pretty fun. After the whole party I realized that I lost all my darts for like my guns so now I'm like bulletless. I did have alot of fun though. Too bad it was like raining and wet outside otherwise we would've like played a little basketball or like skateboard a little. Dinner was okay too I guess. There was pumpkin pie, turkey, vegetables, samosas, spaghetti, and some korean food my friend brought. It wasnt the best party ever but it beats staying at home alone. Hopefully the Christmas party will be better. We'll have a huge snowball fight.

MY AUNTTT

My aunt just recently came over and shes staying with us for a few days and it's great having her here. When I was little she took care of my when my parents were busy with work. I would like stay at her place everytime school ends. I remember she would like play games with me or like help me build stuff with lego and just make me have fun. She makes pretty good food and she was really nice. Then she moved to Hong Kong and I haven't seen her for like years. I'm like much taller than her now and we're just like strangers again. I wasnt as comfortable with her as I was years ago. What happened.

TAKEWONDOOOO

Another great great takewondo lesson. I did some pretty nice jumping kicks again and my friend recently just joined the same Takewondo class as me. It was pretty dang fun. I had to break like 3 boards and it was pretty dang hard. I had to do two kicks in the air ad break 2 boards and a punch which is suppose to break a board. Then there was another jumping kick where you were suppose to break 3 boards in the air with just kicks. I'm actually pretty good at that one. Then we did some sparring and I was pretty good at it. My friend was pretty clumsy though. He was like falling and tripping everywhere. He's alot stronger than me but hes not quick. Thats the problem.

PREPARING FOR DA PARTY

I spent basically the whole day preparing for the party. I had to buy pop, snacks, food, plates, cutlery, and some new games. Me and my parents went to Landsdowne for some shopping and we bought some plates and cutlery at Zellers. Then I went to Best Buy to get some games. I was like searching for Dead Island everywhere and I asked some guy and he told me it was sold out. I was all disappointed and I just decided to get NHL 12 and I went to the cashier to pay for it. When I was paying I asked the cashier if they had Dead Island. They were like searching it on the computer and when they said they had it, it basically made my day. I was like so freakin happy. Dead Islands pretty fun. NHL 12 is pretty good too but its like so freakin hard to like control. I'm goin to Costco or Superstore tomorrow to get the food. EXCITED FOR DAA PARTY!!!!!

A DAY WITH CONTACTS

I SURVIVED THE WHOLE DAYY WITH CONTACTS WHICH WAS AWESOMEEE. It did feel kinda uncomfortable and I had to be careful with my eyes because the contacts are pretty fragile. They move pretty easily but P.E. was actually pretty good today probably cuz it was just weightlifting. We're doing football next class and it's a pretty bad time to do it. It's gonna be wet outside and the last i wanna do is be outside, get soaked, and smell bad for the rest of the day. ANYWAYS, after I took my contacts off at the end of the day I got super dizzy which was bad. I couldn't even go to French.

THANKSGIVING PARTYY

YAYAYAYAYAYAYA. My parents agreed to have a Thanksgiving party just like every year . I didn't have one last year not sure why but I'm definitely having one this year. I'm still in the process of inviting people and it's like super confusing. I'm inviting people from like Hamber too so I have to like organize the people there and ask some of my friends to ask them at Hamber. I'm still confused in who's coming and who's not. I still have to prepare the food like the turkey and the spaghetti and the samosas. I'm kinda excited but usually a party= things getting broken and alot of cleaning up after. WISH MEE LUCKKK.

ANOTHERR DAYY

Another day of school

First thing today I had my Socials presentation which was okay... Everything went pretty well and I have to say I'm just glad to get the whole thing over with. After SS we had AS and it was good as usual. Then I had French and the teacher taught us numbers and she told us that dix is sounded out like deese and not dix which means 10 in french. She kept saying dix in the english pronouncation and talking about the pronouncation and a bunch of people misunderstood and started laughing. Then after French I had Math which was pretty nice. My friend finished woodworks and he had a piece of wood left and he just threw it into my other friend's water and he got so pissed. It was kinda funny in a mean way. Then after that we had a Math test which was pretty easy and then after school I had violin lessons and my teacher didn't yell at me again which was pretty good because I expected to finish the lessons coming out crying but nope. It turned out pretty nice. Just another usual day.

MOVIESSS

Its been like years and years since I've seen Stuart Little and today I just found it showing on TV. It's awesome just seeing it again and hearing the tiny little mouse's voice and his face. I missed it a lot. I almost cried just seeing it again. It brought back a bunch of memories and I remember the first time I saw it. I was just clung to it and I watched like all the movies. Theres a bunch of movies that brought back a lot of memories especially Toy Story. My aunt bought me Toy Story 1 and 2 and I watched it like at least 5 times. I remember going to this Toy Story on Ice show where I got my Toy Story action figures. Toy Story 3 just isn't the same as Toy Story 1 and 2. I miss Andy as a little kid. 

MA CONTACTS

Today was offically the first day I went somewhere wearing my contacts. I decided to wear my contacts to Chinese school. I remember the first time I tried putting them on, my eyes were like filled with tears. It got a lot better. Wearing them to chinese school was ok but it wasn't exactly super comfy. It still felt a bit weird and sometimes I would get blurry spots when i see. I think I didn't wear it properly. Right now I still prefer glasses over contacts just because its easier and more comfortable. I'll probably start wearing contacts to school maybe by Friday if it turns out well.

PROO DD

TODAYY WASS PRO DDD DAYYY
Right when I woke up I got dressed all early to go to Richmond for some dim sum. I think I haven't had dim sum ever since like summer. After dim sum I went to pick up my contacts that I ordered a week ago. The doctor taught me how to put them on and how to remove them and it's pretty easy. I personally like removing them more because its like a relief getting the contacts outta ur eye. It feels like having sand in your eye when you have contacts on and when you remove them it's like getting the sand out. I did mess up like one time when I tried putting them on. It went to like the side of my eye and the doctor was like rubbing my eye and it hurt like crazy and he had this cool plumbing tool thing that sucked the contacts out and saved me from the pain. Hope it doesn't mess up again.
